ppearances at Hawkins High School, creeping around every corridor and seep

Hawkins is a town in Indiana. A very strange and peculiar town, in fact. Nothin
-g normal seems to happen here, full of eerie and ambiguous occurrences. But n-

othing was ever quite as extreme as the notorious disappearance of Will Byers, a
boy aged only twelve, on the night of April the eighth, in 1983, exactly as the cl
-ock struck eleven. He was never seen since that horrifying night. He never return
-ed home,as far as his family were concerned, that night. He never got to see his
friends and family again—equally, they never got to see him again.
Fast-forward to the present day: 1985. The disappearances still happen to this day,
even after two years. The culprit hasn't been found and the victims were never see
-n since they were reported missing. Some presume that they're dead, while others
—sceptics, perhaps, won't take that for an answer without evidence. Because of co-
urse, their bodies or any traces of their downfall has been found. No matter how ha-
rd the authorities searched, no matter how many parties they sent out looking, they
soon (and inevitably) gave in and ruled the investigation closed. Without any evide-
nce anywhere to be seen, it was deemed as merely wasting their time, regardless of
the families of the missing that protested and pleaded to continue the searches.
Rumour has it, the missing wind up at Hawkins National Laboratory—colloquially
known as "the madhouse" for an obscure reason—but whether it is true or not is bey-
ond anyone. All that they know is that a captor is lurking the streets of Hawkins, read
-y to lock onto its next victim at exactly eleven o'clock on the eighth of every month,
only there are two kidnappings instead of one: in the morning and at night. There is v-
irtually no telling who the mysterious figure is targeting next month.
This was loosely inspired by the Netflix series, Stranger Things.

The reason for this is because there won't really be limited spaces at all, so
is there a real purpose of reserving roles? That's right, there isn't. Though if

I would rather you not decide whether your character
is the newest victim or not; I believe that is downrigh
-t unfair on others. Instead, I will be putting the chara
-cter names into a random generator and private mes
-saging the roleplayer of the chosen character. From
there, they are able to accept or decline it, either of w
-hich they are free to do. If they do decline it, then I'll
obviously choose another character and the process
repeats from there. Apologies if this revokes any pot-
ential ideas, but I feel like this is more just rather th-
an letting the roleplayer decide for themselves witho-
ut me even knowing in the first place. This way, I be-
lieve, gives each character an equal chance.

Okay. I'm really excited for this roleplay, so I wanted to make some character plans.
Could I at least make a few notes on her personality? She isn't a total rebel or anything, lol. Don't worry.

on making the roleplay at least today and I doubt

What you said about this roleplay on your character storage thread caused me to lose a lot of inspiration for my character, so I may not apply. I really want to join, but it's hard to post actively when you have barely any muse.

That's fine, I guess. I agree, there is little point in roleplaying with barely any muse. Although I did make the changes to sort of boost muse, since the characters know little about one another. I did it for an interesting roleplay.
Just saying this now, and I've been planning this for a while, I will most likely create this on Chicken Smoothie rather than on here.
