STAFF APPLICATIONS

Make sure to read ALL information on this sheet before applying. Not reading everything may result in you missing something, and in turn, getting your application locked.
 You must be a member of forums for longer than a month to be eligible for applying.
 You cannot apply if you have been temporarily banned more than 3 times.
 If you have resigned from a position, you must wait a month after resignation. If you were demoted, you must wait three months.
 Do not advertise your application anywhere on this site, whether it be your profile, the chatbox, a PM, or a thread.
 You cannot make more than one application at a time. Disobeying this rule will result in all applications being locked.
 DO NOT PLAGIARISE (copy) ANY PLAYER'S APPLICATION. IF A STAFF MEMBER OR A MEMBER FINDS OUT YOU HAVE PLAGIARISED, DISCIPLINARY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. 
 Applications that were denied will have a reason supplied, and if asked for, evidence of any misconduct can and will be supplied to the player in question. You usually are to wait one month before re-applying, however, depending on the severity of your actions, a time frame that you are supposed to wait will be supplied. All times are in the timezone of the staff member that has denied your application, which will be specified.
If you are inactive for two weeks or more, your application will be locked.
Title your application "(Username)'s Application".
